The letter written by Li Hongzhi to Jiang Xiaojun, head of the "Falun Gong" instruction center in Haikou City, capital of Hainan Province, on July 5, 1998. When Li Hongzhi learned that seven "Falun Gong" practitioners from Hainan had died and one injured on July 4 in a traffic accident on their way to preach in Sanya, he wrote, "My eight disciples have achieved all-round fulfillment, and now are living in a different world."
