Ⅲ Results Caused by the Spiritual Consolation of Falun Gong
"Falun Dafa leaves behind the characteristic (Buddhist Dharma) of the universe to human beings for the first time in history, that is, it leaves behind a ladder to Heaven."
"At present, I'm the only one in the world who spread the correct Fa openly. I'm doing what no has done till this day ...If I cannot save, no other people can save you."
"I'm not Jesus, nor Sakyamuni, but I've created hundreds of thousands of Jesus and Sakyamuni who dare to take the route of truth, to die for truth, to devote themselves to the salvation of all living creatures."
In this way, Li Hongzhi wraps himself in a glittering ring golden light with being "the savior" and "the supreme Buddha" in the universe, and having created the whole universe.
Li Hongzhi is deified through fabrication of his magical and mystical life experience. This deification, together with his self-praise, colors Li Hongzhi as an omniscient and all-powerful "deity" containing the past and present and dominating the whole universe. Li Hongzhi himself likes to boast about his supernatural power using some mysterious atmosphere. He wins the cultivators' worship with made-up "apotheosis," and makes them accept him as the supreme "Buddha" dominating the universe. The veneration, fear, and worship of him cause the cultivators to believe that everything in this world is inconsiderable; everything is secured following Li Hongzhi, and the value and significance of life lie in Falun Gong.
In Broken Dream of Cultivation, Zhang Wenhong estranged herself from her kith and kin, her children and divorced her husband. She went to Beijing with her fellow cultivators to "protect the Fa" and failed. She resigned and went to Beijing individually to "protect the Fa" for the second time.
In Save the World or Ruin Oneself, PhD Fan Chongfeng also cast away his career and family and ran after the illusive value of life infatuatedly, placing his ideals in the dreamland.
Beginning with time and space, Li Hongzhi cuts off the channels of data and prevents the cultivators from communicating with the outside world through the Dharma-door of non-duality, learning in groups, and self-suggestion. Li Hongzhi's "doctrine of propaganda as multi-level marketing" forces the cultivators to accept the education of "learning the Fa." By cultivating and learning the Fa in groups, and instilling Li Hongzhi's heresies into the disciples' mind, the outlook on life of the many cultivators of Falun Gong is dominated and replaced by the ethics advocated by Li Hongzhi. They lose self-consciousness completely and are captured spiritually by Li Hongzhi. Sealed data management is carried out through continual "learning the Fa," teaching the Fa, and exchanging experience and understanding of the Fa between cultivators. "Learning the Fa" is held in every cultivating spot every day to strengthen the sealed data management. Under this system of sealed data, what the cultivators hear and learn are only the words such as "the Dafa, Cultivation, Removing Karma, Ascension, and Consummation." No one except the cultivators of Falun Gong can understand their meanings.
In Save the World or Ruin Oneself, Fan Chongfeng, in such closed group of people, thought the human society was against the creed of the Deity. He looked upon himself as the savior and looked down upon the people in reality and the law. He always measured others and the society by Falun Gong and did only what he wished.
In Paradise IS in the World Li Bingxiu put aside her farm work and divorced her husband, putting all her heart into Falun Gong. She was really cheated by Li Hongzhi into "ruin of both the body and soul" and became a fanatical and ignorant prey of Falun Gong.
In this system of sealed data, groups of learning the Fa first listen to the recordings or watch the videos of Li Hongzhi's teaching the Fa, and then they learn Zhuan Falun. Fellow cultivators talk about their experience in cultivation and what they have learned. Because Li Hongzhi's heresies are "digested" over and over again, the "theory" of Falun Gong's "removing Karma" takes root deeply in the cultivators' minds, and the other data are all excluded. Those who accept "harmful" data except Falun Gong will be considered by their fellow cultivators to be low in "disposition" and have other "attachments." Being censured and excluded, these cultivators will feel mental and spiritual pressure, and they will force themselves to emulate those who "advanced." In this multi-level marketing way of "learning the Fa," cultivators are worried that their "disposition" will not go up, they have not removed their "attachments," they cannot become "cultivators," and they will be excluded by the group. Therefore, in order to "learn and understand the Fa" better, they become more and more stuck and are completely dominated at last. By this multi-level marketing way of "learning the Fa," Li Hongzhi's heresies are instilled into the cultivators and the other data from outside are sealed, which cuts the cultivators from all the other data, no matter when and where they come. Their spirit and thought are completely dominated by Falun Gong.
From the psychological point of view, when someone joins a group, he tends to emulate the common point of the group in order to release psychological pressure and gain safety and feel at home. Acting in this way will provide them a reference to prevent the exclusion. The forms of "learning the Fa" and "group discussion of Gong" are typically sealed rites. In this atmosphere, cultivators feel "an extremely strong field of qi," and they can do nothing but accept and submit to it.
Li Hongzhi slanders modern sciences. He boasts that "Falun Dafa" is an extraordinary science. He promises the cultivators that they can achieve the "Consummation," become the Buddha, Taoist, and God, and live forever at leisure and free from care if they cultivate Falun Gong. Falun Gong advocates the "doctrine of Karma." It holds the opinion that people's pain and illness are all caused by the Karma in their previous existence and to suffer is to remove the Karma. The more they lose, the more they obtain. Therefore, it is a good thing to suffer and remove the Karma. They will obtain more benefits in the future. This doctrine, like a spiritual narcotic, infuses and fascinates the cultivators, leads them to the negative and fatalistic view of life, puts them on the wrong path, entraps them, and makes them indifferent to all other things in the world.
In Broken Dream of Cultivation, Zhang Wenhong was fascinated by Falun Gong, and thought everything in this world had nothing to do with her. She divorced her husband and cast aside her children so as to devote all her time to reading Zhuan Falun. She was completely absorbed in Li Hongzhi's heresies.
Most of the cultivators of Falun Gong want to be "good persons," to "remove the Karma," to "accumulate virtue and improve their Gong," and to find psychological consolation in the cultivation. This wrong idea causes the cultivators to think that they are very "noble." Cultivating Falun Gong is propagating the universal truth of "truthfulness, compassion and tolerance." In their mind, the real human society is "washed out" from the "outer space." "The disciples of the Dafa" are cultivators and they can "save others" and "go to the paradise." This unreal senses of superiority and self-complacence bring the disciples the hypnotic cultivation.
InParadise IS in the World, Li Bingxiu was fooled by the lie of "truthfulness, compassion and tolerance" and became a mouthpiece of Falun Gong. In her mind, Li Hongzhi was "God" having "countless Dharmapayas" and great magic power. Those who were against him were evil persons, would never "achieve the Consummation," and their body and soul would be ruined.
Misled by Li Hongzhi's heresy of "achieving the Consummation," the Falun Gong members cultivate Falun Gong every day to "understand" the Fa. They indulge in fantasy to quicken the increase of their power. Stimulated by Li Hongzhi's heresy for long, every cell in their body is filled with "achieving the Consummation," "going up to the Heaven," "removing the Karma," "eliminating devils," and other absurd and unreasonable things. They are not interested in anything including their kith and kin except Li Hongzhi and Falun Gong. Their pallia are in a depressed state and they are indifferent, stupefied, and even averse to outside things.
Li Hongzhi tries everything possible to make the cultivators hallucinate and takes advantage of it to make the cultivators more fascinated by his heresy. He wants to make the disciples quixotic figures. Hallucination can be gained either through hint and hypnosis or through deprivation of sleep and over fatigue. Falun Gong demands the cultivators to read the books and watch videos over and over again and take part in the training and exchange frequently, so that their nervous centralis are stimulated frequently. Gradually they fall into hallucination such as a Buddha wheel (Falun) floating before their eyes, Li Hongzhi whispering in their ears and Falun in their underbellies. They look upon these acousma and heteroptics as real experiences and become more infatuated with Falun Gong and more determined to cultivate.
In Save the World or Ruin Oneself, Fan Chongfeng lost his senses in cultivating. There was nothing in his mind except ascending, save the world and the people. In his mind, those fantasticalities depicted in Zhuan Falun are all absolutely true. Thinking only of "the cause," he abandoned his family to "achieve the Consummation" and to become immortal.
InParadise IS in the World, Li Bingxiu's desire increased unlimitedly. In order to have the same destiny as the Heaven, the Earth, the God, and the Buddha, she crawled hard on the ladder to Heaven day after day. She paid a high price for it. Looking back, she finally came to know that the magnificent "Paradise" is in the human world.
The most pitiful persons are those who contract psychosis after being hallucinated and hypnotized by Li Hongzhi. Some of them cut open their bowels in a trance to search for the so-called "Falun" and die of the wound. Some in hypnosis have the hallucination that they are able to go up to the heaven; thus they jump off high buildings and are broken to death. Some hang themselves so as to achieve the "Consummation" and go to the heaven. Seeing that their fellow cultivators die, some do not feel sorrowful but happy, because in their mind those cultivators have achieved the Consummation and gone to the heaven, to a loftier world. Some in a trance think those who admonish them not to cultivate Falun Gong are "demons" preventing them from "advancing Gong" and cut them dead.
