A. The tale of "Sujiatun Concentration Camp"
On March 8, 2006, a report entitled "Secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp" was put on Falun Gong medium Minghui Net. It said that, "According to the information from an intelligence agent within CPC, there is a concentration camp which detains Falun Gong members and removes and sells the organs of them." On March 9, the other Falun Gong midium Epoch Times website put on a headline news entitled A concentration camp with a cineratora and it sells organs of Falun Gong members. It stated that, in accordance with a so-called media veteran Mr. R. who used to gather news in mainland China, there is a secret concentration camp which is founded by the CPC similar to fascist's in Sujiatun district of Shenyang. The concentration camp detains about 6,000 members of Falun Gong. There is a "cinerator" and a large number of doctors in this secret prison. Whoever enters here will die and his internal organs will be removed and sold before cremated. Epoch Times pointed out that Shenyang Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese with Western Medicines is the location of this concentration camp.
Centered on this "Sujiatun Concentration Camp", the overseas Falun Gong organizations carried out intensive propaganda, organized extensive and multiple demonstrations, besieged the Chinese dipomatic missions abroad, hold candlelit parties, seminars and street excruciation performs. Various propaganda activities were hold wherever there were Falun Gong organizations.
Moreover, Falun Gong organization told "the truth" to important governmental figures and congressmen of various countries. They submitted petitions to the governments such as USA, Britain, and Australia to appeal to them to intervene China. Media controlled by overseas Falun Gong made fully ballyhoos of rumors and vilifications to Chinese government. Media controlled by anti-China forces such as "Democratic movement" and "Taiwan Independence" echoed each other at a distance with Falun Gong and spared no efforts to make rumors. There was alive with rumors at the time and the tendency was violent. The most despicable was: at the welcome ceremony for visiting Chinese President Hu Jintao held by USA government, a journalist named Wang Wenyi from Falun Gong's Epoch Times, created uproars in the scene under the pretence of the rumor concentration camp, which made President Bush covered with shy. This incident was thought as "a great embarrassment" by mainstream Media of USA CNN.
B. "Sujiatun Concentration Camp" is a sheer nonsense.
The so-called "Sujiatun Concentration Camp" is completely fabricated by Falun Gong organization. Such a rumor is untenable when it appears. Falun Gong had to correct itself for many times but the more they tried to cover up, the better-known it would become.
Falun Gong used to proclaim as they reported "Sujiatun Concentration Camp": "There are wire netting on 3-metre high wall within the concentration camp. Corpses are burnt there." The clever man know it is a lie once hearing the report. In Shenyang, there are 8 million people, if there exists a large-scale "concentration camp" that is burning corpses, why nobody knows? And where is the 3-metre high wall with wire netting?
Because the lie was far off the beam, it met countless queries once it came forth. Falun Gong corrected itself quickly. They put the "Concentration Camp" on Liaoning provincial thrombosis hospital of integrated Chinese with western medicines (Sujiatun thrombosis hospital) and promulgated the photo of the hospital and the so-called "cinerator" on internet. In this case, there was the place, but the new weak point came out: Liaoning provincial thrombosis hospital had a high-level in medical treatment and it was famous in China, a lot of foreign patients came here to cure diseases. These people all know, there are only 300 beds in the hospital, even if there are no patients in the hospital, how can the hospital hold more than 6000 people? Then, "Falun Gong" corrected itself again and proclaimed that more than 6,000 people were all detained in basement of the hospital. But there is not a basement in fact. And the so-called photo of the "cinerator" promulgated by Falun Gong, in fact it is a boiler room in hospital used by civilians. Its main functions is heating and sterilizing medical equipment. There is bright window in the boiler room. Outside the window, there is a grassplot that opens to the public. Residents nearby the boiler room walk here all day. In this kind of place, with this facility, how to burn the corpses secretly, constantly and in such a large amount? As far as the saying of "harvesting organs and selling them both at home and abroad illegally " is a sheer nonsense. If asked, whose organs were harvested? Where to remove the organs in this hospital? Who did these organ harvesting operations? Who bought these organs? If there is really thousands of organs were harvested and sold, why Falun Gong could not answer these questions? Because the lie of Falun Gong was so uncanny, even the overseas "democratic movement personage" Wu Hongda, who posed as the "expert on China's reform-through-labor", did not believe the rumor, writing to US Congress and media to deny the authenticity of "Sujiatun Concentration Camp."
The Chinese authorities concerned refuted the rumor of Falun Gong for many times. The victim Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese with Western Medicines refuted the rumors and clarified the facts on their website "thrombus net" on March 31. The spokesman of Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuted the rumor of Falun Gong while answering questions of journalist of the Associated Press' on April 4. Sujiatun local government and Liaoning Provincial thrombosis hospital held the press conference in the State Council Information Office to condemn the despicable rumor of Falun Gong again on April 12. They said seriously: Welcome Chinese and foreign media and personages to investigate on Sujiatun area.
A lot of Chinese and foreign Media went to Sujiatun area for field survey after the rumor of Falun Gong came forth. For instance, China News Agency interviewed Sujiatun area and Liaoning Provincial thrombosis hospital on March 24; NHK of Japan, Hong Kong Phoenix Satellite TV, Hong Kong Ta Kung Bao interviewed this hospital on March 31. The Phoenix TV pointed out in the report clearly, the "secret concentration camp" said by Falun Gong did not exist at all. On April 12, CNN, Washington Post, Associated Press, Reuter, Singaporean United Morning Paper, Hong Kong Phoenix Satellite TV and Asahi Shimbun Agency carried live interview at the press conference of the State Council Information Office. They all reported that Sujiatun area and Liaoning Provincial Thrombus Hospital refuted the rumor of Falun Gong by facts. The title of Reuter's report is: China condemned the report of Falun Gong about "concentration camp".
The officials of the American Embassy and Consulate-Generals in China went to the Sujiatun area twice for interview. An official from the American Consulate-General in shenyang came to Shenyang thrombosis hospital for a full visit on March 22. The official commended the environment and medical condition of the hospital. He said he would introduce the situation of the hospital to his domestic friend when returning to USA. As far as we know, the official did not publish any confirmation about the existing of the "concentration camp" after the visit. The former U.S. consulate-general of Shenyang, Mr. David A. Kornbluth and two officials from U.S. Embassy in China came to medical centre of the hospital for three-and-half hours' detailed visit again on April 14. They visited all facilities of the hospital, including pharmacology laboratory, operating room, dining room, warehouse, garage, rubbish room, boiler room, chimney, archives and the residential area nearby. According to Associated Press, a spokeswoman of American Embassy in China said, in light of all the informations we have been able to obtain thus far, the site is functioning only as a hospital. The fact proves that the so-called "Sujiatun Concentration Camp" is absolute a falsification.
Falun Gong propagated "the Sujiatun Concentration Camp" incident is different from the past. The rumor comes violently and lasts for a long time. It is a comparative cooperation of chorus of Falun Gong and other hostile forces against China in recent years.
The rumor of "Sujiatun Concentration Camp" propagated by Falun Gong is premeditated and designed. Falun Gong put out the rumor, its main purposes concentrate on two following respects:
First, the propagandizing of "the Sujiatun Concentration Camp" is an important step against China, fellowing the "Nine comments on the CPC", "Quitting the CPC" and "Safeguarding the Rights" designed by Falun Gong.
Second, Falun Gong misled the western people, cheated western political personages, denigrated Chinese images, and offered so-called evidences to its false accusations.
C. Spreading rumors to confuse people is the habitual tactics of Falun Gong
It is not the first time that Falun Gong makes the rumor of "Sujiatun Concentration Camp" and it is not by accident too. Spreading rumors to confuse people and cheat the world are the habitual tactics of Falun Gong.
The head of Falun Gong cult is Li Hongzhi, making his success by cheating and spreading rumors to confuse people. Li Hongzhi used to change his date of birth from July 7, 1952 to May 13, 1951, because the day of May 13 is the eighth day of the fourth lunar month of China, Buddha Sakyamuni's birthday is the eighth day of April of the Chinese lunar calendar according to legend. He claimed that he was the "reincarnation of Sakyamuni". Li Hongzhi put on in theatrical costume, forging and shooting a photo "sit in meditation on lotus" and sold the photos to Falun Gong members. Let them regard Li Hongzhi as "the greatest god of the universe "for worship.
Li Hongzhi made a large number of lies and false reasoning and heresies to cheat Falun Gong members. For example, he said the human had already destroyed for 81 times; the earth would explode again, only he could prevent the earth from exploding; He said the earth was the refuse dump of the universe; USA was the largest refuse dump of the earth, only the people that practiced "Falun Gong" Could escape from the refuse dump; He said he could be in charge of the whole human; the universe couldn't be greater than him; He did not allow Falun Gong members to believe in religion, saying the religion deceived people; everything was arranged by him, even it was all results of the astronomical phenomena change that Hitler massacred Jew; he said "Science is that the E.T. imposes on human"; Computer was invented by E.T. and its aim was to control human; He called science as heresy; He said that Falun Gong members must not see the doctor or take medicine, "the person who really practised Falun Gong had no disease"; "whoever practises Falun Gong, the car can not collided him to death"; He said that one practised Falun Gong had to give up everything, "one would be the god if he put down life and death"; he wanted to bring a heroic feat to human and "let all disciples fly to the sky with consummation"; He said that whoever did not practise Falun Gong was evil; among them "the most evil one should be killed" , and Falun Gong members could reciprocate them after injuring their relatives.
Li Hongzhi performed spirit controlling to his members through rumor, lie, false reason and fallacy, as a result, causing large amount of Falun Gong members' innocent death. Among them, more than 1000 Falun Gong members died at Li Hongzhi's request of refusing to take medicine; Hundreds of members injured themselves and committed suicide; More than 30 innocent people were killed by obsessed members of Falun Gong. In view of Falun Gong cult infringed human rights and other illegal crimes, Chinese Government banned it in 1999 in accordance with the law, ordered to arrest Li Hongzhi and other Falun Gong criminals at large.
After Li Hongzhi escaped to USA, Falun Gong did not give up evil and return to good, and represented hostile to Chinese Government more crazily, was further intensified its efforts to make rumors and troubles, in order to conceal its own crimes and slander the Chinese government. In recent years, Falun Gong made and spread a large number of rumors, here were some typical examples:
For example, on January 23, 2001, according to Li Hongzhi's requirement of "abandon life and death" and "pursue consummation", 7 Falun Gong members burnt themselves at Tian'anmen Square in Beijing, causing 2 deaths, 3 disabled. All the dead were women; one was only 12 years old among them. This incident shocked the world. After the incident, Chinese Government treated and cured several survivors with all efforts. But Falun Gong general headquarters in USA denied these self-burnt people were the members of Falun Gong publicly and rumored that this incident was planned by Chinese Government. The survivors of the incident were extremely angry, appearing to reveal the rumor publicly. The daughter of the main sponsor of the incident Wang Jindong refuted the rumor of Falun Gong at the human rights meeting of the United Nations in 2002 with their miserable experiences after practised Falun Gong.
In May of 2003, Minghui Net propagated that "Graduate student of Chongqing University Wei Xingyan was raped by the police of the detention house." But checked and verified by our related departments, there was neither "Wei Xingyan" at all in Chongqing University nor the incident "Graduate student of Chongqing University Wei Xingyan was raped by the police of the detention house". This is a rumor made by a Falun Gong member once he had a chance with a pornographic woman in a province and thus he fabricated it according to the order of Falun Gong. Chongqing University used to refute the rumor publicly. The news media also disclosed this rumor with facts and refuted Falun Gong.
In August of 2004, Minghui Net propagated the "Hubei Falun Gong member Liao Yuanhua suffered cruel torture in prison" and published 17 photos added with explanatory note, slandering that the Fanjiatai prison of Hubei province used 30 kinds of "cruel tortures" to persecute Liao Yuanhua. Investigated by public security, Falun Gong member Liao Yuanhua of Wuxue city of Hubei followed the order of " Minghui Net", conspired with others, fabricated 30 scenes of cruel tortures to Liao Yuanhua in his living room and a suburb tile factory, shot photos and sent to Minghui Net for propagating after technical treatment by computers. The five criminals such as Liao Yuanhua who participated in the case were arrested and the evidences were conclusive. The five criminals all confessed everything. Chinese Media used to report this case in detail to reveal it.
For another example, in November of 2005, Falun Gong Epoch Times published a series of articles "Nine Comments on CPC". Then Falun Gong Media rushed to propagandize the activity "Quitting the CPC". Let us ignore that the content of the "Nine Comments on CPC" is absolute swearing black white, rumor-mongering and libel. Only through the matter "Quitting the CPC", we can find out that Falun Gong regards making rumors as a routine and making rumors is with high proficiency. According to parlance of Falun Gong, more than 10 million members has proclaimed to "Quitting the CPC" from December 3, 2004 to the end of April, 2006. How did these figure of more than 10 million people come out? Where did these more than 10 million people come from? The data should be the result of scientifical investigation, while Falun Gong data of "Quitting the CPC" depends on sheer talking. So does that mean that one can fabricate irresponsibly to follow his bent? Moreover, who is able to investigate and prove such a huge datum? Why doesn't Falun Gong explain the reasons that with more than 10 million members "Quitting the CPC", China's economy is still developing fast, the society is stable and the people are united? There are 70 million CPC members in China. According to parlance of Falun Gong, 1/7 of the members have withdrawn from the CPC. If the rumor continues to spread, all the 70 million members will withdraw in a short time. This is just Falun Gong: regardless of reason or unreason and no matter you believe or disbelieve, Falun Gong is responsible to make rumors at all means. Falun Gong is so ridiculous and shameless.
