The China National Film Museum in northeastern Beijing was founded in 2005 to celebrate the centennial of Chinese filmmaking with the production of China's first film.
It is the largest museum of its kind in the world. It has 20 exhibition halls, housing more than four thousand photos and 15-hundred films.
