The Chinese private enterprise corporate pavilion will begin construction soon, following a deal reached between the Fosun Group, one of China's largest private enterprises, and the Shanghai World Expo Business Coordinated Bureau.
China's Private Enterprise corporate pavilion is an important part of the many Shanghai World Expo pavilions. Exhibits by many of China's leading private enterprises, including I.T., TV& Film, online games, animations, mobile phones, household goods, clothing and recreation, will be on display at the centre.
The corporate pavilion organizers hope to make a comprehensive and in-depth introduction about Chinese cities' diverse cultures and the creativity of Chinese private enterprises through various shows to be held there.
CEO of Fosun International Limited, Guo Guangchang, and Deputy Director of the Shanghai World Expo Business Coordinated Bureau, Huang Jianzhi, signed the contract on Monday.
The Fosun Group, founded in 1992, is one of China's top 100 enterprises. Its businesses range from medicine, real estate development, retail, the iron and steel industry to the service industry.
