CHANGZHOU, Southeast China, June 6 (Xinhua) -- China's He Zi/Wu Minxia grabbed the gold medal of the women's 3m springboard synchro final in the 17th FINA Diving World Cup on Sunday.
This was China's seventh gold in the World Cup. And it was also the new pair's first gold in World Cup series. He began to cooperate with Wu last March.
The pair got 94.86 points in their last dive, the highest score in the final. In the end, they got 354.9 and the gold.
Russia's Svetlana Philippova/Anastasia Pozdniakova won the silver with 323.52 points, and Canada's Jennifer Abel/Emilie Heymans collected 322.5 and the bronze.
