Some members of China Anti-Cult Association said today, overseas Falun Gong organizations will hold a Worldwide Chinese Vocality Competition，and then so called Worldwide Serial Competitions , which are aimed to collect artists and professionals that the organization is in lack of, and play down its cult colour.
Headquartered in New York City, NTDTV (New Tang Dynasty Television) declared before, it would hold a Worldwide Chinese Vocality Competition, which would be co-sponsored by the Epoch Times and the Sound of Hope radio network；then it would present world Chinese serial Competitions, such as Worldwide Wushu Competition, Worldwide Chinese Games, and so on.
A veteran expert of China Anti-Cult Association indicated, the cult nature of the Falun Gong organization has been known for a long time, and NTDTV, The Epoch Times, and the Sound of Hope radio network are the three major media of Falun Gong. The three media had planned and organized a series of rumormongering and vilifying campaigns, defamed the Chinese national history and culture, and colluded with 'Taiwan Independence' splittist forces.
The expert said, in recent years, in order to play down its cult colour, Falun Gong has changed its past modus operandi, which was to exercise mental control on the domestic followers, and held some cultural events beyond the borders, thus integrating the cult propaganda into the so-called cultural events to deceive people. However, Falun Gong is in acute lack of genuine artists. Therefore, Falun Gong begins to hold some so-called competitions under the flag of Chinese national traditional culture, in order to allure some persons to attend.
The expert also said, Falun Gong's attempt had failed. In last July, Falun Gong organized a so-called International Chinese Classical Dance Competition. Li Hongzhi declared to make the Competition to 'the Oscar in Dance Circle' , with only dozens of persons to attend finally.
China Anti-Cult Association revealed that they had sent letters to some professional groups in recent days, and requested related persons to guard against the trick of Falun Gong and not to be deceived.
