Editor's Note: Recently on its 8th Volume, the monthly journal "Church and Heresy" run by Korean Christianity published an article "Recognizing Falun Gong (Its Hierarch Li Hongzhi) as a Pseudo Religion of Occultism", it defines Falun Gong "completely" as an evil cult.

Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) and its founder and hierarch Li Hongzhi
In China, everyday from morning to evening, it is a common scene that many people gather in the parks or streets to practice Qigong. "Falun Gong", which was one of them, is no longer seen being practiced. Indeed it has been the biggest Qigong school in China through its practicing ways that focused on both physical exercising and spiritual cultivation were quite attracted.
"Falun Gong" comes to be a focus for its sharp opposition against Chinese government. It was introduced into Korea in 1994 by an employee in the Chinese branch of a Korean company.
It was spreaded in Korea in 1996 with the help of PC communication technology. At present, there are dozens of thousands practitioners in more than 200 practicing stations throughout Korea.
Its founder Li Hongzhi
Li Hongzhi was born on July 7, 1952, in Gongzhuling City (formerly Gongzhuling Township of Huaide County) , in northeast China's Jilin Province. From 1960 to 1969, he studied successively at the Changchun Zhujiang Road Primary School, Changchun No. 4 Secondary School and Changchun No. 48 Secondary School. Li graduated from a jonior middle school. In 1970, Li joined the army, first worked at an army stud farm, and later served as a trumpet player in a band of the Jilin Provincial Forestry Armed Police Corps. From 1978 to 1982, he worked as an attendant at a guesthouse run by the Jilin Provincial Forestry Armed Police Corps. In 1982, Li retired from the military service, from 1982 to 1991, he worked as a security personnel at the Changchun Municipal Cereals and Oils Company. In 1991, Li began to practice "Qigong" by retaining his position as a security personnel of the Company with his salary suspended. He started propagating "Falun Gong" in May 1992.
On September 24, 1994, Li changed his date of birth from July 7, 1952 to May 13, 1951, and acquired a new ID card. On "the registration form of permanent residents" as well as on "the registration form for the security cadres" and "the cadre`s curriculum vitae" of the Cereals and Oils Company, Li Hongzhi changed all his date of birth as May 13,1951. But the date of birth remained July 7, 1952 in the forms he previously filled in for determining his grade on his payroll, as well as "the application form joining the Communist Youth League"; On his ID cards issued on December 31, 1986 and reissued on March 31, 1991 respectively, he used the birth date of July 7,1952.
Why did Li make this change? In the Chinese lunar calendar, the eighth day of the fourth lunar month is believed to be the birthday of Sakyamuni, founder of Buddhism, and May 13, 1951 happened to be such a date. Thus, by changing his date of birth, Li intended to indicate that he is a reincarnation of Sakyamuni.
However, many of Li's former schoolmates, teachers and neighbors, when interviewed, all said Li Hongzhi was no more than an ordinary child obtaining average marks in his studies. In their reaction to his fabricated story of spiritual cultivation, their answers were either nonsense, or impossible, or "I have never seen or heard of that". His superiors and roommates at the military stud farm and the forestry police corps also said he was just an ordinary serviceman in an art troupe. They explained that the full schedule of rehearsals and performances, as well as the strict militarized routine and tight time schedule in the forestry police corps could not possibly leave him any spare time to practice any "Great Law". His colleagues at the municipal cereals and oils company also said that Li Hongzhi knew nothing about the so-called way of practice and spiritual cultivation at all before he joined a qigong training class in 1988.
When Li's early followers asked him why he made up his life story, Li answered, "No one would believe me if I did not exaggerate a little bit." When his disciples asked him to demonstrate the "four great competence", Li answered angrily, "No. How can I demonstrate? You just want me to cut a poor figure in such demonstration! Are you playing with me?"
After founding Falun Gong in 1992, Li established the Research Society of Falun Dafa in Beijing and made himself president. Following that, he set up 39 Falun Gong teaching centers in various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China, which in turn had more than 1,900 instruction places and more than 28,000 group exercise areas.
Falun Gong, as a mixture of theory of both Buddhism and Taoism, has put up certain pseudo religion features.
According to Chinese government, Falun Gong was defined as a cult for reasons that its founder Li Hongzhi apotheosized himself as Bodhisattva and spread doomsday theory based cult; treated disease with Qigong, claiming that by practicing Falun Gong disease can by cured without any treatment and prohibiting practitioners from seeing doctors or taking medicine.
Falun Gong spreads to Korea
The present major leader of the Falun Gong organization in Korea is Kwon Hong-Dae, a 50-year-old man. When talked about the spreading channel for "Falun Gong" in Korea, Mr. Choi (42 years old) , a liaison for Korean "Falun Gong" practitioners said, "Falun Gong were introduced into Korea by people such as employee of Chinese branches of Korea companies and exchange professors. Among those people who learned the way of practicing Falun Gong in China and came back to Korea, about ten of them kept contact and started practice Falun Gong in a Chinese restaurant of Seoul in 1996."
Falun Gong set up a website in Korea in 1998. They posted on the website information such location for practicing, name and telephone numbers of the liaisons.
In April 1999, they created the preparation council of Korean Falun Dafa Association headed by Kwon Hong-Dae. They also argued against the allegation of Falun Gong being a cult that, "How could Falun Gong be regarded as a cult religion as it doesn't amass money or require for registration, nor does it has regulations, rules or offices."
Advocacy and fallacies of Falun Gong
"Falun Dafa" is the highest Law of Buddha. It is founded on the base of the most universal features of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance with an aim of cultivating people's spirit. Therefore, they also term Falun Gong as "Falun Practice Dafa". They advocate that on the one hand Falun Gong is a method of Buddhist practicing, while on the other hand is not a religion school. Besides cultivating spirit, they also advocate to anneal people`s life, taking Falun Gong as an intelligential organism.
Falun Gong believes that Qi formed and cumulated through certain means of aspiration will become Gong, and power of Gong will turn into Falun (Wheel of Law) that sustains inner power. Once reaching such a stage, one can have such fantastic powers such as cure disease with special power and even clearly see the organs inside the body.
Analyze the fake religious content of Falun Gong from the viewpoint of theology
1. Key points of religious content displayed in Falun Gong works and lectures
(1) Fallacies
By combining theory of Buddhism and Taoism with Qigong, Falun Gong has the nature of mixed religion.
"Falun Gong" alleged that Falun Dafa is the highest Law of Buddha, which is founded on the base of the most universal features of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance with an aim of cultivating people's spirit. Practicing under the theory of lotus flower in Zhouyi, it can purify the spirit.
It advocates that with the complementation of certain ways of practicing, power can be cumulated and consequently turned into a revolving Falun... it can give people such fantastic powers clearly see organs inside the body.
(2) Pseudo-science
Li Hongzhi apotheosized himself and pretended to be Buddha.
It is claimed in the Bible "Zhuan Falun" of Falun Gong that such high-octane substance is intelligential.
This indicates that the system of Falun Gong is nothing but pseudo-science.
Rumor that claims the plants having a spiritual world proved by quoting foreign polygraphs expert ("Gathering Qi", Page 404-406, the paragraph 8, Zhuan Falun)

Because they believe that the mortal Master, King and Bodhisattva followed by the Falun Gong practitioners are greater and higher than Jesus Christ and Sakyamuni.
(3) Religious content reported in SBS program Find the Truth (September 4, 1999)
When Li Hongzhi demonstrated Qigong practicing, he wore cassock of the Buddhism and had za-zen of lotus flower seat.
Li Hongzhi claimed that the earth was going to explode and the doomsday is to come and the only way to survive the doomsday if practicing Falun Gong.
The name Falun Gong itself is the dogmata used by Buddhism. Thus Falun Gong is derived from Buddhism.
Li Hongzhi claimed that 1999 was the doomsday but he could either advance it to 1997 or postpone it.
The book "Zhuan Falun" recorded much dogmata of Buddhism and Taoism.
There are as many as 81 times talking about doomsday in Falun Gong works.
SBS reported that the key reason for China to act against Falun Gong is the mythological allegation and doomsday fallacy.
According Falun Gong works, it is Li Hongzhi's spiritual body that takes care of the Falun Gong practitioners.
(4) Public performance of Divine Performing Arts Troupe
Public performance of Divine Performing Arts Troupe focused on propagating Falun Gong and doomsday fallacy, and concluded that the evil world would be destroyed because of Falun Gong.
(5) In articles published by Chinese authorities
Li Hongzhi said that people who hindered Falun Gong were all devils and that it was the devils that hindered Falun Dafa.
※Li Hongzhi's fallacy and hatred theory
In his books such as Falun Gong as well as his lectures, Li Hongzhi claimed that "de" (virtue) is a kind of white substance, while "Karma" is a kind of black substance.
He further added, "When I teach you Falun Dafa, I have planted Falun in your abdomen...when the Falun rotates forward, energy in the universe can be absorbed to strengthen yourself, which will save yourself from sin; when it rotates backward, it will discharge energy which will benefit others around, namely saving others from sin. One who practices Falun Gong can promote his virtue cultivation and depress karma, purify their bodies and achieve final enlightenment and immortality. Practitioners could ultimately attain salvation and reach the heavenly kingdom or paradise."
2. Apotheosis elements of Li Hongzhi

Li Hongzhi brought trouble to many people by apotheosizing himself and spreading idea of doomsday.
Li Hongzhi apotheosized himself by pretending himself to be Sakyamuni, to that end he even changed his own birthday to show that his was a reincarnation of Sakyamuni.
(2) Testimony of Song Bingchen, an early partner of Li Hongzhi
The set doomsday with time limit can be postponed or advanced at will. Li Hongzhi claimed that 1999 was the doomsday but he could advance it to 1997.
(3) Li Hongzhi himself undisguisedly brought forward such idea
When he demonstrate Qigong practicing, he wore cassock of the Buddhism and had za-zen of lotus flower seat.
(4) According to articles published by Chinese authorities
In the process of spreading Falun Gong, Li Hongzhi peeled off himself from the real world, claimed himself to be "the highest Buddha".
3. Element for the set doomsday fallacy

4. Falun Gong is supernormal science? (Falun Gong clarimed that practicing Falun Gong can cure disease and make people turn younger)
(1) Chinese authorities indicated in news reports that the Research Society of Falun Dafa spread superstition to puzzle the public and instigated people to disrupt social stability. Li Hongzhi apotheosized himself as the Buddha and spread doomsday theory based pseudo-religion.
(2) Preached that by practicing Falun Gong disease can be eventually cured without seeing doctors or taking medicine.
(3) Falun Dafa practitioners insisted that there were supernormal neutral hemoleukocyte in their body.
(4) "Mankind will make a leap forward if it can take a fresh look at itself and at the universe, changing its rigid way of thinking."
(5) According to the Falun Gong`s Bible "Zhuan Falun", "That high-energy matter is an intelligent entity, and it has power. Such high-energy matter is always in all of your molecular cells and origin of your life. After a certain period of time, it will combine with the cells in your body. The molecular cells still keep their former structure and configuration. So their structure hasn't changed, but the essence inside has. Therefore the physical body is no longer the one of flesh. Aren't you beyond the five elements?"(note: the five elements in China refers to metal,wood,water,fire and earth.)
(6) The fact is,17 Falun Gong practitioners are undergone an neutral leukocytic test, the ratio of their neutral leukocytic is found to be reduced. The highest of which is not higher that 50% (that of ordinary people is 70%, P0.0001) and the lowest of which is less than 10% of the ordinary people.
The conclusion it drew should be that the neutral leukocytic in Falun Gong practitioners has already become supernormal cells and that the practitioners have realized the pursuit of keeping young forever. The Falun Gong practitioners explained such Falun Gong system as "supernormal science".
Testimony of the Falun Gong victims:
"Li Hongzhi only allow us to read his books and listen to his tape scripture so as to realize his intention of brain washing. After being washed, I cannot even read books about my work. I have been a doctor for over 30 years, but I didn't even know what to say when my wife asked me what medicine should my child take for having caught a cold. In those days, I lost my dignity and even myself, and I was just a machine completely under the control of Falun Gong," said Xue Hongjun.
Xue Hongjun, who had been bewildered by "Falun Gong", taught his good friend Wang Jindong "Falun Gong" as well. In the Tian`anmen Square Self-immolation Incident, Wang was the first self-immolator. At present, there is still scar of burning on his face and both his hands are seriously disfigured.
Chen Guo, a 19-year-old girl who had participated in the Tian`anmen Square Self-immolation Incident, is a very beautiful college student of the music institute, played the Chinese musical instrument Pipa very well. Both her deft hands were lost in the burning, and skins all over her body were seriously burnt and lost normal metabolizing function. She said, "I had been so lost in Falun Gong in those days. I wake up now and know that Falun Gong is a cult that endangers life as well as the society, it undermines national security."
5. Li Hongzhi shows Pseudo-science tendencies.
It can be learnt from Li Hongzhi's books such as "Zhuan Falun" and "Falun Gong", and from the various advocacies, interviews and speeches of Li Hongzhi and his disciples that pseudo-scientific viewpoints have frequently been mentioned. As a matter of fact, there are so many people who believed in Li Hongzhi's pseudo-scientific advocacies finally got nothing.
Li Hongzhi's advocating pseudo-science and occultism is really of great concern. During his argumentation on his advocacy on Qi, Li Hongzhi quoted the unconfirmed hearsay of a foreign polygraphs expert, which proved that plants also have a spiritual world. ("Gathering Qi", Page 404, paragraph 8, Zhuan Falun) .

(2) Claiming that plants have the same spiritual world of mankind.
6. Falun Gong cannot bow to the dead.
The reason is,what Falun Gong practitioners have followed is the great universe`s mortal Master, King or Bodhisattva, which is greater and higher than Jesus Christ and Sakyamuni, if you want to hold a sacrifice, he will kill you at once.

Li Hongzhi said that the doomsday is to come and the earth is to explode, and that practicing Falun Gong is the only way out.
(3) Testimony of the victim- testimony of Song Bingchen (an early partner of Li Hongzhi)
"He said that the earth is to explode. He said that the first explosion was decided by his master's master, the second one by his master and this time by himself. Several people including me on the square has certainly heard him saying so."
"He said that this explosion was originally set in 1999, but might be advanced to 1997. He said, 'This explosion was decided by myself. If Jiang Zemin and Li Peng ask me to postpone the time of explosion, I can postpone it for at least 30 years with a little power.'"
"Li Hongzhi also demonstrated practicing by za-zen while in golden silk clothes."
8. SBS "Find the truth"- Episode two of Falun Gong(Li Hongzhi's self apotheosis and allegation that Falun Gong can cure any disease)
There are two reasons why China judged Falun Gong as a core group that instigated social instability:
※One is Li Hongzhi's self apotheosis and fallacy of doomsday,
※The other one is Li Hongzhi's allegation that practicing Falun Gong can cure any disease without taking medicine or seeing doctors.
There are altogether 81 times talking about doomsday in Falun Gong works. The practicing way Li Hongzhi instructed to his followers for promoting to high levels is, believing in him and persisting in practicing can make them as powerful as himself, that is to say, his law body will bless his followers.
(1) In Falun Gong books
"The law body can do everything. What my law body has done is the same with what people subconsciously hope to."
"That is the law body we talk about. If we want to do something such as things like adjusting bodies by the devoted disciples, my law body will fulfill it."
"The law body manifest in other dimensions since it doesn't have a form of human body, it can be embodied in other form, but it isn't fixed or unchangeable. It can expand and shrink. Sometimes the law body becomes really large, so large that you can't see it completely, and sometimes it becomes really small, so small that it's even smaller than a cell."
(2) Falun Gong and disease curing
In Falun Gong books, Falun Gong didn't forbid taking medicines in the form of order, but Li Hongzhi stated that taking medicine was the indirect manifestation of doubting effect of Falun Gong.
(3) Li Hongzhi Claimed that disease is the karma of one`s previous incarnation(or prervious existence)
As the basic cause of all illness and misfortune is the "Karma" of a person`s previous incarnation, therefore to get rid of "Karma" through practicing Falun Gong can eventually cure disease.
In the book "Zhuan Falun":
Q: Is it necessary to take medicine during practicing?
A: You can get the answer by yourself. If you take medicine while practicing Gong, it will mean that you don't believe that practicing can cure diseases. If you believe in my word, why should you take medicine?
"Zhuan Falun" has quoted many dogmas of both Buddhism and Taoism.
In news reports about interviewing with Li Hongzhi, Li Hongzhi said that medicine might be of some effect to disease, but, in general, disease would never get cured. One`s illness can naturally be cured without taking any medicine.
9. SBS "Find the Truth"-Episode Three of Falun Gong (Li Hongzhi said he has special competence)
In Buddhist terms, Falun is one of the edifications of Sakyamuni, developed from Buddhist Law.
It is an easy and simple practicing way composed of five movements.
Compared with other Qigong such as Taiji, Falun Gong is slower without any special way of running Qi.
It is focused on truthfulness, benevolence and forbearance, especially on mind-devoted practicing.
What is particular is that practicing Falun Gong can form high energetic congregation- Falun on Dantian elixir field, and it says it was put in by Li Hongzhi.
(1) In Li Hongzhi's open speeches:
"According to Buddhism, Falun (wheel of law) rotates unceasingly. Once I endow Falun to the practitioners, it will rotate in your bellies forever. If you go on practicing, I will endow you many things inside your body besides Falun.Falun rotates unceasingly in Dantian. By absorbing good Qi and getting rid of bad Qi, it can certainly cure diseases."
"Parallel with movement practicing, the practice can also be fulfilled in reading Falun Gong books and watching tapes repeatly, you could even feel Qi and get everything just in reading.""It contains all truth about the universe in the books and you may get everything just in reading."
Li Hongzhi sequentially published many books on Falun Dafa and amassed quite much money by selling his books. Li Hongzhi emphasized that Falun Gong is a universal law superior to any pure Qigong.
Li said: "Our Dafa(great law) can reveal every secrets and catch everyone of his heart. With Dafa you can solve it."
(2) During practicing Falun Gong, you can additionally experience special competence (Falun Gong textbooks)
" While seeing through human body, someone with special competence could find that human body looks like small clumps with layers, and see the parenchyma and any part of the body."
"For some people, when they za-zened, their spiritual figure left their physical body and lifted up. In the letters written to me by some practitioners, they state that they have lifted to certain level of heaven and see certain landscape..."
10.Questions concerning Li Hongzhi`s morality
(1) Apotheosized himself by changing his birthday and fabricating his identity.
(2) What is worse than fabricating his history is his trickery, in order to have people believed him.
(3) Many of his books are plagiary and with religious cheating content.
(4) Chinese government reported in its declaration that Li Hongzhi set merits and virtues box, indicating to his disciple to have the patients contribute 100 yuan as merits and virtues fee.
(5) Fabricating that his law image and the Falun Gong badge are of super power so as to tempt the practitioners to purchase.
11.Other issues
(1) with reference to the article published in May 1999 by American Times Magazine with an interview of Li Hongzhi.
Time: Where do they (the aliens) come from?
Li: The aliens come from other planets. Some are from dimensions that human beings have not yet discovered. The key question is how they have corrupted mankind. The aliens have introduced modern machinery like computers and airplanes. They taught mankind about modern science and give scientists their inspiration. Their ultimate purpose is to replace humans. If cloning human beings succeeds, the aliens can officially replace humans. Why does a corpse lie dead, even though it is the same as a living body, the difference is the soul, which is the life of the body. If people reproduce a human person, the gods in heaven will not give its body a human soul. The aliens will take that opportunity to replace the human soul and by doing so they will enter earth and become earthlings.
Time: Are you a human being?
Li: You can think of me as a human being.
Time: Are you from earth?
Li: I don't wish to talk about myself at a higher level. People wouldn't understand it.
Time: What is the alien purpose?
Li: The human body is the most perfect in the universe. It is the most perfect form. The aliens want the human body.
Time: What do aliens look like?
Li: Some look similar to human beings. Others look like ghosts. One type looks like a human, but has a nose that is made of bone. U.S. technology has already detected some aliens. The difference between aliens can be quite enormous. At first they thought that I was trying to help them. Now they know that I am sweeping them away.
I only tell practitioners, but not the public because they cannot comprehend it. I am trying to save those people who can return to a high level and to a high moral level. Modern science does not understand this, so governments can do nothing. The only person in the entire world who knows this is myself alone.
I am teaching practitioners. Even though the ordinary people knows, he cannot do anything about it. I am not against science. But I know that modern science is destroying mankind. Aliens have already constructed a layer of cells in human beings. The development of computers dictates this layer of body cells to control human culture and spirituality and in the end to replace human beings.
(2) Relationship with "Divine Performing Arts Troupe" in USA
① Divine Performing Arts Troupe is an arts troupe set up in USA in 2005.
② Divine Performing Arts Troupe came to Seoul with the invitation of the Korea branch of NTD TV (affiliated to Falun Gong) and declared to have performance at the arts performing center (with 2000 seats) in Children's park on April 24 and 25.
③ The shows include 19 traditional Chinese dancing and musical programs. Chinese music king Guan Guimin and first class artists like Bai Xue performed in the shows.
④ The public performance of Divine Performing Arts Troupe is a way of spreading Falun Gong.
⑤ The Divine Performing Arts Troupe public performance focused on how Falun Gong practitioners eventually got rid of evils in the universe in the light of Karma theory (idea of Buddhism).
Conclusions
What is religion?
It refers to rectifying falsity and errors in the human society; guiding individuals, families, society, nations and even the world with misfortune to the right way; bringing people with hopes of rightness, truthfulness, benevolence, trust, love and eternal happiness; giving support to people and spreading true digmas.
What is pseudo-religion?
In general, it refers to the falsity that appears to be true and reflect relationship among things in the universe.
What is pseudo?
It semantically means fake and trickery. Strictly speaking it should be fake religion.
What are modern pseudo-religion?
Pseudo-religion is semantically varied, which is close to burgeoning religion, superficial religion and cult but with certain difference.
In view of theology, however, pseudo-religion defined in Christian world refers to fake or pseudo religious actions with non-religious purposes but cannot be determined as religion in view of science, theory, system, traditional religious dogmata, theology and Christian gospel (Bible) , as it doesn't meet basic requirement of religion, while in religious coat, it arbitrarily creates non-religious dogmata that are plagiarized from traditional religious dogamta.
In this sense, Li Hongzhi's Falun Gong embraces features of pseudo-religion of occultism. Just as Li Hongzhi said that he combined theory of Buddhism and Taoism with Qigong, and mixed with his fabricated theory as well. Falun Gong has the nature of mixed pseudo-religion.

Besides cultivating spirit, they also advocate anneal life of people, taking Falun Gong as an intelligential organism.
In addition, Falun Gong believes that Qi, formed and cumulated through certain means of aspiration, will become Gong, and power of Gong will turn into Falun (Wheel of Law) that sustains inner power. Once reaching to such a stage, one can have such fantastic powers such as cure disease with special competence and even clearly see the organs inside the body.
Such allegation not only reflects nature of religion, but also embraces elements apotheosizing its founder.
"Supernormal science" allegation (Falun Gong followers regard the Falun Gong system as supernormal science) discloses Li Hongzhi's self-apotheosizing. Therefore it is said that they believe that the Mortal Master, King or Bodhisattva followed by Falun Gong practitioners are greater and higher than Jesus Christ and Sakyamuni.
When Li Hongzhi demonstrates Qigong practicing, he wears cassock of the Buddhism and has za-zen of lotus flower foundation; he preaches that the doomsday is to come and that practicing Falun Gong is the only way out. All these are similar to theories of burgeoning religion or pseudo-religion.
Li Hongzhi claims in his doomsday theory that 1999 is the doomsday but he could either advance it to 1997 or postpone it; and there are as many as 81 times when Falun Gong books talk about doomsday. Such allegations cannot be found in non-pseudo-religious theories and cannot be recognized in view of theology. As such disordered and irresponsible allegations bring panic to the society, how is it possible not to take it as pseudo-religion?
In order to support his allegation of supernormal science, Li Hongzhi apotheosizes himself as Bodhisattva and quotes the unconfirmed hearsay of a foreign polygraphs expert to prove that plants also have a spiritual world. Li also claims in his Falun Gong books that it is his law body that adjusts bodies of his devoted disciples.
The focal point that the Divine Performing Arts Troupe`s public performances spread is the doomsday theory; Li Hongzhi says that people who hinder Falun Gong are all devils; He says that through practicing, "Zhuan Falun" can absorb energy in the universe to strengthen human body, and that people whose spirits do not die out and could reach the heavenly kingdom or paradise. As such allegations are not only unintelligible but also very absurd, how is it possible not to take it as pseudo-religion?
Whereas, by comparing Falun Gong with traditional religious digamata, especially Christian digamata in view of the reformist theology, we, the special research council, unanimously, after careful quotation, investigation and discussion, agree that Falun Gong shall be publicly defined as a burgeoning pseudo-religion.
By publicly defining Falun Gong as a burgeoning pseudo-religion, it is intended to maintain the benevolence of Christian and to prevent Christians as well as various religions, individuals, families, society, states and the world from being harmed or disturbed.
