I am a worker in Nanyue District of Hengyang City. In 1995, I began to practice Falun Gong. Blindfolded by the cult, I was going to the abyss. In those days, as head of Nanyue Falun Gong tutorial station, I was so obsessed that not only I devoted myself fully to practicing Falun Gong but also misled my relatives and friends including my wife to the wrong road of Falun Gong. After Falun Gong was outlawed in 1999 by the government, I still went to Beijing twice to make trouble in the name of spreading Dafa under the instigation of Li Hongzhi and his Falun Gong organization.
Now I have completely broken away from the cult organization. When hearing others mentioning Falun Gong, I could hardly restrain my indignation since it had made me lost almost everything I ever had. I just want to advice the fellow practitioners to cast away from the cult!
What makes me from a Falun Gong fanatic to one who is disgusting Falun Gong so much? It is the painful experiences and a series of astonishing incidents that have awakened me.
In 2003, I was touched for the first time by one incident happened around me.
On May 12, 2003, one of my Falun Gong fellow practitioners named Zhou got a fatal disease despite the fact that he had kept practicing Falun Gong. Since Zhou firmly believed that practicing Falun Gong could help him keep fit and healthy, he refused to have medical treatment. While Zhou’s wife also believed that "disease can be cured without having any medicine or medical treatment as long as Falun Gong is practiced", Zhou got sicker and sicker and consequently lost consciousness. Fortunately his son observed his abnormality and sent him to hospital to have saved him. After that, the couple sighed with emotion and said, "Falun Gong not only cheats its followers, but also endangers people!" From this incident, I began to doubt the doctrines of Falun Gong and question whether it was Falun Dafa that went wrong or it was Zhou that didn’t practice Falun Gong well.
The incident happened in late 2004 swayed my belief in practicing Falun Gong.
In late 2004, I began to feel sick with my eyes. At first I still refused to have medical treatment or take any medicine but kept practicing Falun Gong at home with the belief that my disease would be cured as long as I practiced Falun Gong. As time passed by, my eye disease got more and more serious, which make it difficult for me to distinguish any object. Learning about this, officials in Nanyue District and Nanyue Town were very concerned of my disease. They advised me in earnest to have medical treatment as early as possible. With their efforts, I got to the hospital dubitatively. After treatment by the doctors, my eye disease cured gradually. I learnt from this experience that science is much more powerful that Falun Gong and that Falun Gong could not cure disease.
What happened in 2006 made me fully realize the true feature of the Falun Gong cult and made my wife and me feel extremely disgusted to Falun Gong. Since then, I decided to completely break away from the cult.
The story goes like this:
In early 2006, a Falun Gong member from Hengyang named Ou puffed to me that "International Charity Fund" would sponsor to build a "Global Village" and a "University for the Aged" in Shenzhen. He said that any fellow practitioner who donated some 50000 RMB could get a "Green Card" to the "Global Village", which may accredit him to visit the "Global Village" for free and he could even get 1.11 million RMB in return. Under the bewitching of Ou and his cahoots, I bought a "Green Card" with 50000 RMB that I borrowed from my sister.
On February 1, 2006, a former fellow practitioner named Peng puffed to me that buying "Green Card" was indeed quite good since it was not only a kind of charity but also that it might bring good profit. She further instigated me to buy more by saying that she had sold her house so as to buy some more "Green Card". For this, I raised 10000 RMB from my friends and loaned 40000 RMB from Nanyue Rural Credit Union by taking my house as a mortgage. With this hardly raised money, I bought another "Green Card".
On February 21, 2006, the Charity Fund was investigated by the police and its bank account was frozen. After learning this, my wife and I found Ou and Peng in anxious, but both of them said that the money could not be retrieved since it had already been transferred to the bank account of the charity fund. We then realized that the money for "Green Card" had lost. Facing the large debt resulted from buying "Green Card", we felt extremely regretful. Why did such a well-off family come to bankruptcy? Why did we get the shaft once and again? It is in fact practicing Falun Gong that brings us so much misfortune!
When I was struggling in hardship, Zhurong Sub-district Office of Nanyue District rendered us assistance and helped us to get minimum social security fund, so that my family could sustain our livelihood.
Such astonishing incidents have completely awakened me and educated me that Falun Gong is an one hundred percent cult and that obsessing in the cult can only lead me to the abyss beyond redemption while only casting away from the cult can I get a happy new life.
