I come to see truth from “seeing ghost” twice

I am Li Xiaoyan, female, 48-year-old, Han Nationality, a native of Lishu County, Jilin Province. I am living in Lishu Township, Lishu County.

I was a pious disciple of Falun Dafa. I began to practice Falun Gong in March 1998, and came to Beijing in early 2000 to defend Dafa. In 2003, I became the underground coordinator of Falun Gong organizations in Lishu County, busy with "three things" and distributing leaflets with my fellow practitioners. I am a stubborn person, firmly believing that the law body of my master was able to protect me. As a pious disciple of Dafa, I was not supposed to change my mind. But my experiences of "seeing ghost" twice helped me see the truth of Falun Gong.

Bai Mingsheng (male, native to Lishu County in Jilin Province, 37-year-old) was from the same county as me. We went out together to distribute leaflets on Falun Gong. I was familiar with him. But Bai Mingsheng disappeared in 2005 and I had not heard from him since then.

In June 2006, I produced 2, 000 copies of booklets entitled Truth about Lishu, the articles in which were downloaded from Falun Gong websites. The booklets told that Bai Mingsheng, a Dafa disciple from Lishu County, was prosecuted and detained in Masanjia in Shenyang City, and died in Sujiatun due to live harvesting of his organs. When I read the article, I thought his death explained why he disappeared. A few days later, I went to Yitong County in Jilin Province as required by my immediate superior to negotiate with local underground coordinators on how to distribute leaflets. At that time, we were required to have single-line contact with our immediate boss, while not allowed to contact with coordinators in other areas.

As directed by my immediate superior, I waited at the entrance to a bus station to meet the contact. Unexpectedly, the contact was Bai Mingsheng. He had been promoted to coordinator of the underground Falun Gong organization in Yitong County because he made progress in cultivation. But the booklets in my hands told that Bai Mingsheng died from live harvesting of his organs. To eliminate the negative effect on Dafa, we discussed and decided to burn all of the printed booklets and to produce new ones.

When I came back home, I contacted with websites affiliated to Falun Gong, telling them that Bai Mingsheng was still alive. One month passed, however, there wasn't any updates on the websites. I did not dare to think more about it because I was told that the websites as windows of Dafa under the direct control of my master were unlikely to make mistakes.

As another month passed, I contacted with the websites again with a hope that they may make a correction. But I did not receive any response either. The websites affiliated to Falun Gong did not delete the reports on Bai Mingsheng's death from live harvesting of his organs until he was punished for violation of laws.

Now I realized that the websites did not mean to make correction. They wanted to spread rumors to cheat people.

The second "ghost" I had ever met was a female "ghost". In October 2008, I was sent to psychological correction center, in which I met Liu Xiaochun, a fellow practitioner living in Tonghua City, Jilin Province. I read several articles about her from Falun Gong websites, which described how firm she was despite prosecution of the malicious police.

When we received psychological correction in the center, the first website controlled by Falun Gong released a report, saying that Liu Xiaochun died from live harvesting of her organs. The leaflets carrying the report were distributed in Tonghua City. Liu Xiaochun's daughter happened to get the leaflet. She was so scared that she hurried to the center. Upon seeing Liu Xiaochun, her daughter asked directly, "Mom, which of your organs were harvested?" She also showed the leaflet to Liu Xiaochun. The leaflet told that there were 108 kinds of instruments of torture in the center and there was a basement used for live harvesting of organs. The daughter carefully examined Liu Xiaochun's body and did not find any mark of surgery. She cursed, "How could they make such rumor?"

My first experience of seeing a "ghost" made me doubt the rumors made by Falun Gong. I was totally disappointed with Falun Gong since I saw a "ghost" for the second time.
