American Horror Story Season 6 may see the adaptation on the chilling story on the cult of Charles Manson. Rumors on Vera Farmiga joining the series ditched.
FX recently released six new trailers for American Horror Story Season 6. Despite the numerous trailers, Season 6’s plot remains ambiguous. But the recurring element for next season is the involvement of children.
Speculations earlier this year mentioned American Horror Story Season 6 will tackle the CROATAN. However, it seems unlikely for the series to repeat a theme. Season 1 already featured the CROATAN theme.
Vanity Fair teases however that it is still possible for CROATOAN to reappear in Seaosn 6. The speculations got stronger when reports indicate Season 6 will take place in Roanoke modern day version – North Carolina.
TMZ posted several photos from an alleged BTS in the film location.
The Vanity Fair however refuted the rumors and give an analysis why CROATOAN is out. Drawing out from the promo posters and trailers, the next season looks like a mix of modern and old.
The website claims that Season 6 will take place in modern day with a touch of the past. The trailer hints on satanic theme and children, something dominant in the cult of Charles Manson.
For those unfamiliar, Charles Manson, known as a cult leader, was identified as the mastermind in the killings of seven people including Sharon Tate. Charles reportedly recruited members to execute killings of more than 35 people.
In the other news, Bates Motel star Vera Farmiga is reported to join the series for Season 6. However, the news was immediately contradicted. Though her character has been killed off in the series, Farmiga’s role is still crucial in the series.
American Horror Story Season 6 airs on September 14, 2016 on FX.
