Recently, Falun Gong leaders have provided internal instructions to local Falun Gong groups about propaganda toward international organizations. The internal document of Falun Gong is as follows.
1. Using anti-persecution as guise
In city centres of many countries, there are many people wearing yellow clothes while conducting petitions. These people advocate the large-scale massacre caused by live organ harvesting and encourage all the passers-by to sign on the petition.
Sometimes, they write the petition “Doctors against Violent Organs” in the name of the international organization DAFOH and collect signatures. In-depth observation and detailed study on DAFOH, which is endowed with lofty name, have been implemented. It can be seen that published articles, notifications and seminars from the organization can leave a strange impression on people. That is, in almost every place except for China, organ transplant does not exist. DAFOH only stigmatizes the image of China. DAFOH is not interested in any famous organ transplant crime in other countries and is not helpful for highlighting the spread of any real problems, while these problems should be solved urgently. More interestingly, only a few media, including Epoch Times, www.minghui.org and other media platforms of Falun Gong (now, Falun Gong has been prohibited in China and seeks shelter in the U.S), report the positive images of DAFOH.
To better understand the phenomenon, studies should be conducted on the individual background of the so-called “doctors”. Before the establishment of DAFOH, German chief physician Torsten Trey published articles to extol that “Falun Gong helps remove illness and strengthen physical health”. One of Trey’s assistants, Michael He is the CEO of Falun Dafa Research Society. Another assistant, Green Wilton joined Falun Gong in 2000. Torsten Trey’s news secretary Damon Noto is a psychologist from New York. Damon Noto is a senior Falun Gong follower who was one of the 30 overseas participants in the illegal activities carried out at Tiananmen Square by Falun Gong in 2002. The independent social organization, DAFOH, also employs other managers with similar backgrounds.
It can be seen that the so-called “independent” DAFOH is plagued with many problems: medical professionals who believe in the theory of karma. The background of those DAFOH staff provides rationale behind the positive publicity on Falun Gong in most articles of DAFOH. In addition, signatures for DAFOH all come from local Falun Gong followers.
Obviously, Falun Gong is good at making use of the influence of western social organizations and establishing pseudo-independent organizations and media so as to win widespread support and recognition. DAFOH is among the organizations that use the label of independent social organizations to disguise its manipulative nature.
DAFOH is not the only front organization that the so-called “truthful” Flun Gong uses to manipulate the public. Four “Xintangren” satellite television channels; the Epoch Times written in over 30 languages; international painting exhibitions; Chinese dances and singing competitions in the name of “traditional Chinese culture”, including “Shenyun Troupe”, “Tianguo Band”, “Truth, Benevolence and Tolerance”, seem to have nothing with religious and political organizations. In fact, the aforementioned large-scale media network of human rights and social organizations are manipulated by Li Hongzhi in his New York headquarters. Greedy and cruel, Li Hongzhi has won most praise for his propaganda of Falun Gong. He further spreads his evil thoughts to the public, including doctors, lawyers, journalists, activists, Chinese youth, netizens, politicians, human rights activists, public officials and international organizations (including the UN) officials.
2. New plots
Since 2012, Falun Gong has started to send the collected petition signatures to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and asked that China be condemned. Obviously, they have realized their goals. In November 2016, Falun Gong sent a file of Falun Gong’s New Instructions on Sending Petition Signatures to UN High Commissioner Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein to its local branches (including the Russian branch).
Falun Gong’s methods have changed. In the past, all the signatures were sent in the name of DAFOH. Now, Falun Gong’s followers sign on the petitions and send their signatures to the UN. The followers plan to remind the UN High Commissioner of “improving effectiveness” all the time.
Private emails are used to send signatures so as to create a false impression that the public pay great attention to live organ harvesting and to cover up the truth that all the activities are manipulated.
To realize the evil goal, Falun Gong cancelled its past method of writing emails in a unified pattern and sending email through one email address. Now, every follower writes email themselves without limited patterns.
In addition, followers are required to send petition signatures to the local governments so as to demonstrate its propaganda effects.
3. Creating the false image of “widespread support”
Naturally, most of the public, who are asked to sign on the petition of condemning China, have not been to China, so they know nothing about China’s real conditions and Falun Gong’s information warfare against China. The “volunteers” who do not know the truth only form the illusion of being persecuted, so they of course will not tell the signers that U.S, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries’ governments and institutions, and authoritative organ transplant experts, reporters, even dissidents and overseas Chinese have repeatedly investigated and refuted China’s organ harvesting rumors. The petition activities and showing photos of dead bodies, scars (certainly unrelated to organ transplants) and bloody scenes are still implemented.
Falun Gong knows that it cannot deceive experts and does not pay attention to the quality of arguments and evidence (because all the arguments and evidence are falsified). It just focuses on winning support from the public. The public are astonished at the bloody scenes so they naturally want to prevent crimes which they have not heard of before. The public naturally will not take the time to find out the truth or even just search on the internet. Without informing the public, the Falun Gong propaganda personnel send the signatures, which prove that “the world condemn China’s crimes”, to the international human rights organizations.
Since 2012, Falun Gong has collected 20,000 signatures from "all over the world". The amount of signatures seems to be large, but in fact, all the signatures are collected by the worldwide Falun Gong followers who spare no efforts in the past 5 years.
The public should be reminded that good intentions may bring about bad results. The public should not leave signatures (especially, address and telephone number) to those people with ulterior motives. It is regrettable that bad intentions are behind those seemingly wonderful slogans.
