Yeah, have you seen these posters around? I'm sure you probably have. This is run by a cult that I joined accidentally once. It's a long story.
This is run by a cult called Falun Gong or Falun Dafa, and supposedly, this entire play is supposed to give salvation to the people who see it and the people who join in.
Just like look at these reviews, it's clearly a cult running this:

So, how did I get involved with this whole cult thing? Well, they don't really market themselves as a religion. They market themselves as sort of as well-being Tai Chi sort of healthy exercise kind of thing, and I'm like “cool! I like Tai Chi! I'll get involved!”
They went to my local fair, and they had these petitions that you could sign basically stopping the whole (things).
They basically claim that China harvests their organs. However, according to multiple human rights experts, there's no evidence, no credible evidence whatsoever, and that it's mostly propaganda.
So, what does this cult believe?
These are things that I was completely unaware of. I kind of stopped being part of the cult because I got bored of it.
But there's a lot of fine print and details and crazy beliefs. This is their founder, Li Hongzhi. This religion has completely been banned in China, so now he's in exile in New York City.
He claims to be the savior of the universe and claims to delay a comet that's going to destroy humanity. For 30 years he's been delaying that. Shit!
They claim to be based on three morals: truth, compassion, and tolerance. But their beliefs don't even line up with the the compassion or the tolerance. I'm gonna tell you some crazy stuff they believe now.
They believe that aliens are screwing up human morals. This guy also claims that mixing ethnicities is wrong. Not very a compassionate! He believes that the French have their own god, the Chinese do the Ethiopians after people die. Basically, when they die, they go to these different gods. And me coming from a multicultural background myself, I would not have salvation. This shit is stupid, don't follow this man!
The dude also owns The Epoch Times.
Li Hongzhi claims to be a divine being, and also there was very advanced ancient cultivation practices based on Buddhism and Taoism. It has nothing to do with either of those belief systems whatsoever. You can dragonball levels of stuff, like, you can apparently levitate by doing this advanced cultivation practice. And apparently, this dude also claims you can walk through walls and stuff like that I don't know.
Yeah, he also promotes really anti-scientific and anti-medicine stuff, like, the dudes use Tai Chi anti vaccine like. I'm not even joking! He discourages his members to get medical attention, because apparently these practices can cure everybody's illness as easy like their cancer and stuff like if that's the case. I'm surprised more people are doing that, because obviously it's all bullshit!
They also believe that Donald Trump was chosen by God to beat the Chinese Communist Party! You can't make this stuff up!
Keep in mind!
I escaped the cult by totally forgetting about it. Other people aren't as fortunate. People who are in things like Scientology and a bunch of other cults didn't have it as easy as me.
Also keep in mind! I didn't know about any of these beliefs, it's all small print. I didn't know until much at like long after I eat it out of that cult like it is.
If they talk to you, don't talk back to them!
