The majority of victims of Falun Gong are women. After practicing Falun Gong, some females burned or killed themselves, and some died of rejecting medical treatment.
● On January 23, 2001, seven Falun Gong obsessed followers, including five females such as Hao Huijun and Chen Guo, gathered in Tian'anmen Square burning themselves in order to pursue Consummation. Two of them died and three were severely injured and maimed.
● On November 2, 2005, Li Xiaoying, a Falun Gong practitioner from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, burned herself to death on the east pavement at south entrance of Nanchang Street, Beijing.
● Hu Guangying, a retired worker of Shanghai, contracted scabies, a very common kind of skin disease. She was so obsessed with Falun Gong that she refused medical treatment. Only half a year later, she passed away.
● Liu Renfang, born in October 1948, and from Baochun Village, Tangyuan Town, Pixian County, Sichuan Province. She suffered from serious chronic bronchitis and headache. She had refused to take medicine and injection since she was addicted to Falun Gong in February 1998. Bewitched by Li Hongzhi's "laying down the life and death" and "ascending to paradise and reaching Consummation," in December 2000, Liu decided to take part in "Fa Protection" on Tian'anmen Square. While hiding in Yanjiao Town, Sanhe City in Hebei Province, she died suddenly of a relapse of her old illness and her fellow practitioners actually gave no thought to her death. More astonishingly, the Falun Gong organization instructed its followers to throw her body into a dirty river, in order to cover the incident.
Poisoned by the evil theory of Falun Gong, some women were killed by their fellow practitioners, and some became murderers.
● On the night of February 25, 1998, Wu Deqiao, from Jiangsu Province, cut his wife to death with a kitchen knife, just because his wife tried to stop him practicing Falun Gong, and Wu regarded that a woman around would affect his practicing.
● On February 20, 2001, Wei Zhihua, a Falun Gong practitioner from Longgang District of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, saw through the evil nature of Falun Gong, and swore: "Never again to be a follower of Li Hongzhi." Treated as a devil destroying the Dafa, she was trussed up by her husband and several Falun Gong obsessed followers, and her mouth and nose were covered. She died of suffocation.
● At about 5:00 p.m. on November 25, 2001, Fu Yibin, a Falun Gong practitioner from Xicheng District, Beijing, killed his own father and his wife, and seriously wounded his own mother. According to Fu's confession, in the afternoon of the same day, he was awakened to the truth that it was time for his family to "leave." Thus the tragedy happened.
● On March 1, 2001, Lin Chunmei and Wen Yuping, two Falun Gong followers from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, brutally strangled Mai Xinping, a waitress of Hongbin Hostel in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province in order to "save people." Interviewed with a journalist, Lin said: "Although you regard us as killers, actually we have done a good deed for saving her and sending her to the paradise for happiness."
According to incomplete statistics, more than twenty cases of "male-female dual cultivation" – or sexual promiscuities, have occurred in recent years in China. Many women paid a heavy cost and even violated the criminal law.
● Male-female dual cultivation led to homicide
On June 10, 2004, a horrible homicide case occurred in Longjing City, Yanbian, Jilin Province, due to the "male-female dual cultivation" by Falun Gong practitioners, and later the members involved were tried and declared guilty.
Principle offender Li Minghua, her husband Wang Xiaoyu, elder sister Li Mingying, and brother-in-law Jing Tao, all fell obsessed with Falun Gong. In order to promote their Gong and ascend to a higher level, they often exchanged views in studying Li Hongzhi's theory of "extracting Yin to compensate Yang, and extracting Yang to compensate Yin in order to keep balance." Also, they performed together male-female dual cultivation, in which they affirmed that there was a devil spirit possessing Jing Tao's body. Afterwards they decided to eliminate the devil for him.
On the evening of June 8, 2004, Li Minghua began to drive the devil for her sister and brother-in-law by following the procedure her husband explained to her. Firstly, she slashed a wooden sword on her sister's back, who bore the pain and kept silent. She told her sister: "As you can lay down life and death, so the devil is eliminated." When they executed the same doing on Jing Tao, Jing couldn't bear the pain and cried out loudly. Li told Jing: "If you couldn't stand the pain then you cannot get the devil out of your body." Eager to get rid of the devil, Jing responded: "Tie me up, then I can bear." The two sisters found a 10-meter-long white plastic rope and bound together his hands and feet. Thus, the sisters began to beat Jing Tao right in the face with a wooden sword and a stick. During the progress, Jing still made cries. Wang Xiaoyu shouted: "Hold on! Definitely you can go through with it. Believe in Fa, and Fa is going to make you through." The beating went on for more than an hour till Jing was in silence.
In the morning on June 9, when Jing's pulse was found weak, instead of taking emergency measures, they started to recite the teachings of Falun Gong, praying to Li Hongzhi for returning Primordial Spirit of Jing Tao and saving his life. When Jing's mother, also a Falun Gong practitioner, was told that they were getting rid of devil for her son, she sat down cross-legged on the ground and recited the lection. At about 2:00 a.m. on June 10, Jing was found dead.
● In 2001, Mr. Jiang, former director of Falun Gong Assistant Station in Pingdu City, Shandong Province, Mr. Xu, the deputy director, Mr. Qi and several women followers were caught by the police when they were performing "male-female dual cultivation" in Gongshangxincun, Laixi City. The police seized at the spot some Falun Gong promotional materials, large amount of condoms and aphrodisiacs.
● In 2003, Mr. Zhao, a Falun Gong practitioner from Henan Province, and several women followers including Ms. Zhao and Ms. Li, were caught by the police in Zhumadian City, when they were performing "male-female dual cultivation." Falun Gong practitioners involved in the male-female dual cultivation included old women and men in their seventies, boys and girls in youth, and even mothers and daughters, sisters and brothers.
Some children committed suicide after practicing Falun Gong under influence of their parents. Some became sacrifices of Falun Gong.
● Self-immolation and suicide for practicing Falun Gong
Liu Siying, female, born in March 1988, was a Grade 5 student in a primary school. Following her mother Liu Chunling, she practiced Falun Gong at home in 1999. On January 23, 2001, she took part in the group self-burning at Tian'anmen Square and was badly injured by the fire. The burned area accounted for 40% of her body surface; she had difficulties in breathing, and her face and head suffered a 4-level burn. She failed to respond to emergency treatments and died in hospital.
Chen Ying, 17 years old, a senior high school student in Grade 2 of Shuren High School of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, was mentally deranged due to obsession with Falun Gong. On August 16, 1999, Chen jumped out from the train No.439 from Beijing to Jiamusi and died.
● Becoming sacrifice of Falun Gong members
Gao Encheng, male, 42 years old, was a cadre in the Trade and Industry Office of Tianbai Town, Kaixian County, Chongqing, and also the head of a Falun Gong practice site. He firmly believed what Li Hongzhi had claimed, that when a practitioner reached a certain level of practice, he would "gather three flowers on top of his head; produce Yuanying; return to the original self; and ascend to the heaven after death." On November 6, 1998, he jumped from the fourth floor carrying his son, and died after failing to respond to emergency treatment. His son survived after emergency treatment.
Long Gang, male, 31 years old, was a farmer from Yongchuan, Chongqing. After he began to practice Falun Gong in 1997, soon he was always in a trance. He often said the earth would be destroyed, and he would fly to the sky to avoid the disaster. On the morning of July 17, 1999, Long Gang jumped into a river carrying his son under 6 years old. His son was rescued in time and survived, but he died.
● Died from rejecting medical treatment
Song Shuanglong, a 12-year-old boy, lived in Nanguan District, Changchun City, Jilin Province. Since he had two more pieces of cartilage in his back nasal cavity after birth, he had been treated in hospitals off and on. In 1996, his mother Ma Xiurong began to practice Falun Gong, and become convinced that Falun Gong was able to cure all diseases, so she asked her son to practice too. However, Song Shuanglong's condition didn't improve but became worse. His eyes became blurred at first, and then he went blind at last. On the New Year's Day of 1999, Song's symptoms suddenly became more serious. Ma Xiurong still guided him to perform Falun Gong actions even it was hard for Song to stand up. Song died at home on May 12.
● Killed by their parents
Tong Yan, a worker from a water supply company of Liaohe Oil Filed, at the night on December 16, 1999, she shouted continuously "up to the heaven" and killed on the bed her own daughter Xu Che, who was only 6 years old. Later Tong confessed: "A devil told me that I could cultivate into a Buddha if I killed my daughter."
Dong Li,male, 37 years old,a villager from Dapingfang Town, Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. On the night of February 3, 2002, Dong, bewitched by Li Hongzhi's fallacy, smashed mercilessly his wife and daughter in deep sleeping with a pick. His 37-year-old wife, Meng Xiurong, died; and his 14-year-old daughter, Dong Yudan, was seriously wounded.
Guan Shuyun, a woman lived in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, began to practice Falun Gong in April, 1997. On April 22, 2002, claiming to eliminate devils, Guan choked to death her own daughter Dai Nan, a girl under nine, to the face of dozens of fellow practitioners in order to reach Consummation and ascend to the paradise.
Li Yanzhong, male, 35 years old, was a worker in Tianjin Dagang Oil Field. At about 4:00 a.m. on the morning of July 10, 2005, Li killed with a kitchen knife his 6-year-old daughter Li Yue and his 6-year-old nephew Zhang Xin. Li Yanzhong confessed: "I have practiced Falun Gong for nine years, and I don't know why I always want to kill people!" "At that time the idea of killing people was full of my mind, and I was controlled by some 'bad lives,' it seemed like other's idea. But it controlled your mind, and let you kill people or yourself. "
