Co-hosted by the Beijing government, the National Tourism Bureau, the Beijing Tourism Bureau, the Chaoyang District government and the Olympic Park Committee, this year's record-setting festival will bring together about 3,000 artists from more than 70 countries, as well as 18 districts and counties of Beijing.

An interactive exhibition on Beijing's achievements in the past six decades, fashion shows, and tourism resources from home and abroad will all be part of the event.
The festival also emphasizes the participation of citizens and encourages innovative teamwork in an effort to strengthen its image. A big wall where visitors can write their good wishes for the motherland and Beijing will be part of the interactive exhibition.
Another highlight will be the array of floats representing various famous tourist attractions. Hundreds of models will also wear themed clothes designed by famous designer Cui You, creating a moving display of scenic spots.
