How Falun Gong defies laws

Despising laws is a prominent feature of Falun Gong.

Li Hongzhi said: "The laws humankind has made are in fact mechanically restricting people and sealing them off, including the lawmakers themselves. Humans are continuously sealing themselves off. They seal off and seal off to the point that they're left with no way out in the end. When too many laws are made, humans are controlled like animals and have no way out; then no one can come up with any solution." (Teaching the Fa in San Francisco)

"The world has developed to this day, where everyone regards the legal system as good. Actually, it's the last resort when there's no way out." (Teaching the Fa in San Francisco)

"That's because the law of a government is made by humans, and when humans make laws, they have the intention to rule and punish others." (Teaching the Fa at the Conference in Europe)

Li Hongzhi claims that Falun Dafa is the principle law of the universe and above all human laws. All Falun Gong practitioners must abide by Falun Dafa and mustn't follow human laws because the human laws have no bindings upon them.

"All beings in the Three Realms came for the Fa and were created for the Fa. In other words, this includes all forms in the Three Realms, including all the various forms that exist in human society, among which, of course, are today's laws." (Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Atlanta Fa Conference)

By and by, Falun Gong followers have been poisoned with these heretical theories. They think Falun Dafa is a perfect theory and no one enjoys the freedom to criticize it. For instance, whenever people pointed out wrongdoings of Falun Gong, a lot of Falun Gong practitioners would go and offer explanations to defend Falun Gong. Some times they even illegally besieged the media and Party or administrative organs under the name of "protecting the Fa." When the government investigated and prosecuted according to law Falun Gong members who engaged in illegal activities, the practitioners regarded it as defying "the law of universe." And they took to the streets and stirred up troubles in violation of law, disrupting social stability.

From June 8 to 12, 1998, Falun Gong practitioners in Wuhan, Hubei Province illegally besieged the Changjiang Daily press for nine times.

According to statistics, ever since the first besiegement at Guangming Daily press by Falun Gong practitioners in September 1996, the total number of besiegement incidents on governmental organs and the media amounted to 78 times, with each incident involved over 300 Falun Gong practitioners.

In July 1999, Falun Gong was officially banned by the Chinese government according to law. Li Hongzhi and his organization were not resigned to failures and openly defying and violating the law.

In January 2001, two Falun Gong practitioners Dou Zhenyang and Wang Hongjun in Fushun City of Liaoning Province blocked train tracks with obstacles they deliberately formed, trying to derail the train and expanding the influence of Falun Gong.

On March 5, 2002, Falun Gong practitioners of Changchun City, Jilin Province, including Liang Zhenxing and Zhou Runjun (female), cut off cable TV transmission trunk lines with scissors, illegally grafted-in Falun Gong propaganda programs. September 18, 2002, Liang Zhenxing, Zhou Runjun and other suspects were put on trial by the Changchun Intermediate People's Court. Zhou Runjun candidly confessed their sabotaging activities but denied their guilt. She argued on the court that what they had done was to publicize Falun Gong, not for money. Since Falun Dafa was the law of universe and high above human laws, they actually had justice on their side and were not guilty at all. The human laws and Falun Dafa could not be mentioned in the same breath, and the government could not be put on a par with Falun Gong.

On June 23, 2002, the satellite Sino Icarrying dozens of TV channels of the Chinese mainland was illegally attacked by Falun Gong members at Taiwan. Up to August 7, 2007, Falun Gong carried out 252 attacks on civil satellites such as Sino I, Asia Pacific Sat VI and Asia 3S etc, with a total length of 160 hours.

In October 2002, Li Xiangchun, an American Chinese who attempted to sabotage communication cables at Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province, was arrested and put on an open trial. Li claimed on the court that what he tried to do was to advocate Falun Dafa and, he was innocent.

Falun Gong members also frequently violate laws outside Mainland China.

On April 20, 2006, Wang Wenyi, a Falun Gong practitioner who entered the White House as a reporter, shouted cultic slogans when US president George. W. Bush was holding a ceremony of state affairs at the White House, causing tremendous disruptions.

In October 2006, a Falun Gong practitioner in Netherlands killed a 22-year-old Dutchman with an axe. He cruelly cut the body into small pieces with knife and saw, picked flesh out, and later on fried the flesh in boiling oil of a cooking pan.

On November 30, 2006, two Falun Gong practitioners Huang Caihua and Yu Wenzhong were fined by local court on charges of harassment in Singapore. The two were then put into prison because they refused to pay the forfeit.

On January 22, 2007, six Falun Gong practitioners were put on trial in Singapore on charges of "rally without permission." Since they recited Li Hongzhi's scriptures in unison on the court, they were accused of "contempt of court" and sentenced to two days imprisonment.

On July 23, 2007, nine directors of "Falun Dafa Research Center" were punished with amercement by Kuala Lumpur Primary Court because of guilty in violating the 1965 Company Law of Malaysia.

On February 8, 2008, 22 Falun Gong practitioners held a so-called "anti-persecution rally" in Bangkok, Thailand, forcing passers-by to take Falun Gong pamphlets, disturbing festival celebrations, then were arrested by police.
