I’m Li Hongfu, a 48-year-old man from Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. I grew up in the countryside and quit school after finishing primary school education. In early 2008, I got a job as a boiler man in a food industry company in Meizhou City. After working for a while, I wanted to have a concurrent post and make more money, so I applied to the workshop director for it. My company granted my request and arranged an odd job for me in the packaging department. Unexpectedly, I came across a woman who led me into a trap.
Step by step, I was seduced by an attractive woman
As time went on, my colleagues and I gradually became familiar with each other and got along very well. One day in October 2010, I was moving goods as usual in the packaging department when I suddenly heard a woman greeting me from behind. Her voice was sweet and soft, sounding very feminine. She was about 1.6 meters tall, of medium height, with a round face, and looking very gentle and charming.
Since that day, whenever we met in the company, we would give each other a nod and a greeting. Little by little, we got familiar with each other. One time when I was about to go home after work, she came up to me and invited me to go to the Cultural Park with her. Thereafter, our relationship got closer and closer gradually. At the end of March 2011, I was suddenly hit by a high fever, so I called Zhang Xiaoya that I had a fever, asking if she had time to take care of me. Having answered my call, she immediately took time off and attended to me carefully, just as she did to her loved ones.
From then on, I trusted Zhang Xiaoya more and more. As time went on, we fell in love with each other. In May 2011, we started to cohabit from time to time. Although we lived together unmarried almost every day, we had a happier life than any married couple. I hadn't expected that I had got so young, beautiful and nice a "wife" after I was already 40 years old. I cherished it very much at that time, but never expected that it was because of this woman, I embarked on the road of breaking the law and committing crimes.
Between love and sex, I gradually fell into the cult trap
One day in July 2011, less than two months after our cohabitation, Zhang Xiaoya called me to go shopping with her. She told me then she had been practicing Falun Gong, and that it could cultivate one's heart as well as "truthfulness, compassion and tolerance" so as to be a good person. I didn't believe it at first, so I rejected her request for me to practice it with her. However, she was very angry at my rejection and wouldn't talk to me in the following two months. Being seduced continuously by Zhang Xiaoya, I finally promised her to practice Falun Gong.
In early 2012, I started to read Falun Gong books, and in the following few months, we lived together very harmoniously, because she would be very happy as long as I held a book and read it. Being well aware of my lustful mind, Zhang Xiaoya resorted to all kinds of "threats and inducements" to bring me to heel. After I had read several Falun Gong books intermittently, Zhang Xiaoya began to ask me to practice five sets of Falun Gong exercises.
Due to her sexual inducement, I became more and more infatuated with her, so I always followed her wishes, gradually going further and further astray. For example, one night when I began to watch TV news, she immediately got sulky, brushed me off and refused to canoodle with me. I had no choice but to submit to her wish to read a Falun Gong book obediently. Only in this way would she be happy to reward me with sex to satisfy my lustfulness.
Later, Zhang Xiaoya wanted me to take part in more Falun Gong activities. As long as I did as she wished, Zhang Xiaoya would be more active in making love with me. This is how Zhang Xiaoya exploited my concupiscence step by step and time after time to coerce me to do what she wanted.
Served as cannon fodder for years, I finally saw Falun Gong in its true colors
Being guided by Zhang Xiaoya, I had done a lot of things for her, for example, distributing Falun Gong flyers on the street, pasting up posters, hanging banners, etc. In September 2012, I was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison.
During my time in prison, I received much education which was intended to save me. It wasn't until then that I came to realize that Falun Gong is an evil cult. I had been cheated! But it was too late! How stupid I was! I went so far as to propagate Falun Gong for the sake of a woman even before I had figured out what it was! Consequently, I did many illegal and criminal things. Now I'm nearly 50 years old and my future is on the edge of being ruined!
In a word, lustfulness made me fall into the trap of Falun Gong and become its victim while going astray without knowing it devastated my life.
