Recently, an enthusiastic netizen studying abroad left a message to the China Anti-cult Network, saying that he had browsed a self-Media video platform called Clean World (Ganjing World), which seem normal at first glance, but after in-depth browsing, he found out that most of the content published on it originated from the Falun Gong organization. Today, at the request of netizens, Wuxie Jun would like to say a few words about this so-called Ganjing World.

After carefully browsing this platform and comprehensively analyzing the information provided by enthusiastic netizens, Wuxie Jun can tell our friends clearly and positively that this so-called Ganjing World actually “stores dirt and gathers filth”. More accurately, it is another mask carefully selected by the Falun Gong organization abroad to deceive the world. Here are three reasons for it.

Reason No.1

The Ganjing World is full of Falun Gong propaganda.

Firstly, from the perspective of its content sources, a large number of video content released on this platform comes from the Falun Gong organization's “Epoch Times”, "New Tang Dynasty", "Voice of Hope", "Secret China News" and other media. Secondly, the so-called "talking heads" of Falun Gong media are all stationed in it, such as Jiang Feng, Zhang Tianliang, Li Muyang, Da Yu, Wen Zhao, Dr. Hu Naiwen and other Falun Gong overseas activists have all opened personal self-Media accounts on this platform. Thirdly, the platform continues to push anti-China propaganda content such as encouraging "Three Quits" or peddling Falun Gong books. The Ganjing World platform has also set up a so-called "examination and certification center" to provide with “quit party” training, and a “law source bookstore” to sell Falun Gong books, peddling the so-called “quit party certificate” and various cult books and audio-visual products, wantonly raking in money by cheat.

Reason No.2

The founder of this platform has a deep Falun Gong background.

According to information collected by netizens, the CEO of the Ganjing World platform is James Qiu, male, with a Chinese name of Qiu Zhiping, a Silicon Valley computer software industry expert and former Apple executive. Qiu Zhiping was born in 1963. In his early years, he studied computer engineering at Lanzhou University and Zhejiang University in mainland China. In 1987, he graduated from Fudan University with a master's degree in computer science. In 1989, he participated in the "June 4th Political Disturbance" and then fled to North America. Later, he became a Falun Gong practitioner in the United States and participated in cult activities for a long time. Now he is an employee of "New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDT)". His family members are all Falun Gong staff, and his wife Su Fang (alias Shufang) is now an employee of the "Epoch Times". His mother is also a senior Falun Gong member, who has been engaged in activities related to "Quitting the party" and "Shen Yun Performance" abroad for a long time. One of his two sons has studied in the "Fei Tian College" run by Falun Gong, and the other is also a member of Falun Gong.

Reason No.3

It maliciously carries other media’s contents to cover up its own cult background.

Without official permission or consent from other media, the Ganjing World has registered user information on the platform under false names, picked up and transported videos synchronously, creating a false impression that a large number of well-known self-Media and official channels are stationed. The platform embezzles the account information of official media or head self-Media people without authorization, directly grafts and registers, carries videos that are basically consistent with the up owner or selects some videos, intending to confuse domestic and foreign netizens and cover up its cult background. On June 23, Taiwan's “Liberty Times” reported that the short video of “Zhao Xiaoqiao Women's Talk”, the main YouTube channel of Ms. Zhao Xiaoqiao, a well-known anchor in Taiwan, was maliciously moved by the Ganjing World. After deep digging by netizens, the platform also registered "pseudo-official" accounts such as "IQIYI Variety Selection", "Tencent Video-Talk-Show Conference", "Sisters Who Make Waves" etc., and continuously stealing their related contents.

Wuxie Jun has noticed that this Ganjing World is quite different from other media under Falun Gong, because its external features are more confusing, and its propaganda means are more deceptive.

In terms of platform structure, the Ganjing World is covered by more than 20 categories, such as current affairs, arts, food, entertainment and daily life. From the perspective of page design, content classification and function application, it is very similar to those overseas mainstream self-Media platforms in appearance. In the eyes of ordinary netizens who lack knowledge of the Falun Gong cult, this is undoubtedly an ordinary and normal social media platform, which makes it very confusing for the public.

In addition, the Ganjing World, a self-Media platform with personal accounts, is very easy to conceal its deceptive contents. Firstly, in terms of content release, the platform integrates cult heresy and its anti-China propaganda into a large number of daily life videos to deceive the public. Secondly, in terms of communication channels, the platform takes advantage of the openness and interactivity of fast-flow media and the advantages of new media matrix to make its anti-China content "break into many smaller parts", which greatly reduces the risk of being banned as a single media, trying to spread virally its rumors like “Celestial beauty scattering flowers,” so as to achieve its sinister purpose of anti-China propaganda infiltrations.

Here, Wuxie Jun reminds the vast number of netizens, especially our Chinese friends living abroad that, we must see through the dirty face of this so-called Ganjing World. It is in fact another propaganda machine packaged and concocted by the Falun Gong cult organization, which aims to secretly spread its heretical ideas, wantonly cheat money and accumulate wealth, and continuously churn out political rumors to smear and defame China.

The Ganjing World is actually so filthy. We hope that people will keep their eyes open, remain vigilant, and join hands to clean out the harmful propaganda of this dirty platform.
